Review Wheel provides software that allows merchants to configure promotional games, customer feedback journeys, Google review links, prizes, redemption records, statistics, poster materials, billing, and optional Google Business Profile review synchronization. Each merchant remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, availability, prize terms, and customer communications of campaigns it creates.

5. Intellectual property

The structure, software, interfaces, visual identity, databases, text, graphics, logos, and original materials of Review Wheel are protected by intellectual-property and database rights. Except where applicable law permits otherwise, copying, extracting, modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, or commercially reusing all or a substantial part of the service without prior authorization is prohibited.

Merchants and users retain responsibility for logos, prize images, descriptions, feedback images, and other materials they upload. By uploading content, they confirm that they have the rights and permissions required for its use within the service and grant Review Wheel the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, and export that content for the requested features.

6. Google and third-party marks

Google, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Stripe and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Review Wheel is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Google. Use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

7. Acceptable use and merchant responsibility

Users must not use Review Wheel for unlawful content, deceptive campaigns, fake or manipulated reviews, review suppression, unauthorized personal-data collection, infringement, malware, fraud, or interference with the platform. Merchants must provide prizes as described, comply with consumer, advertising, tax, promotion, and data-protection rules applicable to their campaigns, and follow Google policies. Review Wheel may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of users.

8. Availability and liability

Review Wheel takes reasonable steps to maintain secure and reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, internet failures, force majeure, account configuration, or misuse may affect the service. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Review Wheel is not liable for indirect loss, loss of opportunity, merchant-supplied content, failure by a merchant to honor a prize, or decisions made using third-party services. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The website may link to Google, Stripe, merchant websites, social networks, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Review Wheel does not control their content or availability and a link does not constitute endorsement unless expressly stated.
